Short version: PetSquad now offers weekly daycare memberships, the PetSquad Social Club, at both our Springdale and Grove locations. You choose how many days a week your dog comes in, from one day up to five, and you pay a single price every week. The daily rate drops the more days you commit to, from $32 a day down to $25 a day. Every membership includes 10% off add-ons, and our five-day Social Club 5 adds a free night of boarding each quarter.
If your dog already has a favorite day at PetSquad, this one is for you.
Instead of paying day by day, you pick how many days a week your dog comes in and you pay one simple price every week. The more days you commit to, the lower your daily rate goes.
How the memberships work
Every membership is billed weekly, on the same day each week, automatically to the card you have on file. There is nothing to hand over at drop off and nothing to sort out at pickup. You bring your dog in, they spend the day with their pack, and you head to work knowing it is already taken care of.
Here is what each level looks like:
| Membership | Days per week | Weekly price | Works out at | Roughly per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Social Club 1 | 1 day | $32 | $32 a day | About $139 |
| Social Club 2 | 2 days | $60 | $30 a day | About $260 |
| Social Club 3 | 3 days | $84 | $28 a day | About $364 |
| Social Club 4 | 4 days | $104 | $26 a day | About $451 |
| Social Club 5 | 5 days | $125 | $25 a day | About $542 |
Social Club 3 is our most popular tier.
Pricing is the same whether your dog comes to Springdale or Grove. The monthly figures are an average across the full year. Because billing runs weekly, some months will carry four payments and some will carry five.
10% off every add-on
Every tier includes 10% off any add-on. That covers a frozen Kong, a nail trim, extra playtime, an added bath, a report card, and the rest of the list at the front desk.
If your dog is coming in three days a week and getting a bath most Fridays, that discount is doing quiet work in the background all year.
A free boarding night for Social Club 5
Our five-day tier, Social Club 5, includes one complimentary night of boarding every quarter. That is four free boarding nights a year, whether you use them for a long work trip, a wedding weekend, or an afternoon when the house is full of contractors and your dog would rather not be there. Just let one of our managers know when you want to use it and we will apply it to your stay.
Why we built it this way
We kept hearing the same thing from families who bring their dogs in regularly. They loved the routine, their dogs came home tired and happy, and the only friction left was the paying part. Sorting out a payment at the counter every single morning gets old fast, especially when you are already running late.
Memberships take that off your plate. They also reward the families who show up week after week, which felt like the right thing to do. A dog who comes five days a week pays $25 a day instead of $32, and that difference adds up over a year.
There is a second benefit that has nothing to do with money. Dogs do better on a consistent schedule. When your pup knows that Tuesday and Thursday are daycare days, they settle into the group faster, they build real friendships with the regulars, and our team gets to know their personality inside and out. Routine is good for them, and a membership makes routine easy.
If you want the longer version of why regular play matters, we wrote about it here: The Power of Play: Why Dog Daycare is Great for Your Pet’s Health.
A few things worth knowing
- Days reset each week. Unused days do not carry over into the following week, so pick the level that matches how often you actually come in.
- You can cancel any time. Your membership runs through to the end of the week you have already paid for, and then it stops.
- Keep your card current. If a payment does not go through, the membership ends and has to be set up again from scratch, so update us if you get a new card.
- Not sure yet? Social Club 1 is the smallest commitment we offer at $32 a week. Plenty of families start there and move up once they see how much their dog loves it.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a PetSquad daycare membership cost?
Memberships start at $32 a week for one day of daycare and go up to $125 a week for five days. Two days is $60, three days is $84, and four days is $104. The more days you sign up for, the less you pay per day, dropping from $32 a day on the one day plan to $25 a day on the five day plan. Prices are the same at our Springdale and Grove locations.
How am I billed?
You are billed once a week, on the same fixed day each week, automatically to the card you have on file. Nothing is due when you drop your dog off. Since billing is weekly rather than monthly, some months will include four payments and others will include five.
What happens if we miss a day?
Days reset at the start of each new week and unused days do not roll over. If your dog is signed up for three days and only comes in twice one week, that third day does not carry into the following week. Memberships suit families who come in most weeks, so pick the number of days you will realistically use.
What if we go on vacation or my dog gets sick?
You can cancel any time and your membership will run through to the end of the week you have already paid for. When you are ready to come back, we will set you up again.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. There is no long term contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid week, so you are never locked into anything beyond the week you have already paid for.
How do I use my free boarding night?
Social Club 5 members get one complimentary night of boarding per quarter, which works out to four a year. When you book a boarding stay, tell the front desk you would like to use your free night and a manager will apply it to your reservation.
Is a membership available at both locations?
Yes. Memberships and pricing are the same at PetSquad Springdale and PetSquad Grove.
Can I use my membership days at either location?
Not at the moment. Your membership days are tied to your home location, the one where your dog is set up. If you need to switch to the other location, just let us know and we will help you move your membership over.
Which membership should I pick?
Start with how many days a week your dog is realistically going to come in. If daycare is an occasional thing, Social Club 1 is the smallest step you can take. If your dog is coming in most weekdays while you are at work, Social Club 5 gives you the lowest daily rate. You can always talk it through with the front desk, and if the level you picked is not the right fit, let us know and we will help you switch.
My dog has never been to daycare before. Can we still sign up?
Give your nearest location a call and we will walk you through getting your dog started. Once they have settled in and you can see how often you want them coming in, a membership is easy to add.
Ready to get your dog on the list?
Come see us at the front desk on your next visit and we will get you signed up in a couple of minutes, or give your location a call and we will sort it out over the phone:
- Springdale: (479) 202-4098
- Grove: (918) 314-3351
If you would rather start next week so nothing is charged today, that is completely fine. Just tell us which weekday you want and we will hold it.
Your dog is going to love having a standing appointment with their friends. You are going to love never thinking about it again.
