Working around your flight
We are ten to fifteen minutes from most of Springdale and a short drive from XNA, which makes early morning departures manageable.
We open at 7:30a Monday through Friday and 8:00a Saturday, and we close at 6:00p on weekdays and 4:00p on Saturday. We are closed Sunday. That is the one that catches people. If you land Sunday evening, your dog is coming home Monday morning, so book the extra night rather than assuming.
For a Friday afternoon departure, a 7:30a drop off means you can be at work all day and still leave from the office without a second trip home.

Picking the right room
You pick the size that fits your dog, and that sets the nightly rate.
- Small, 0 to 20 pounds — $30 a night
- Medium, 21 to 50 pounds — $35 a night
- Large, 51 to 70 pounds — $40 a night
- Extra large, 71 pounds and up — $45 a night

Medication is included, not billed as an extra. If your dog is on a daily pill or a twice daily dose, bring it in the original container with instructions and we handle it.
The photo updates are the part people actually plan around. Chris told us we send daily updates with pictures on how the stay is going. Jill’s dog Minnie stayed three nights and the daily updates and photos meant a lot to her. May’s three English bulldogs boarded for a full week and came home happy and smelling great, which brings us to the next part.
Add an exit bath
Book the exit bath when you book the stay. A dog who has been playing outdoors for a week smells like it, and nobody wants that in the car on the way home from the airport at 9pm.
Springdale has grooming on site as well, so a full groom on the last day is an option if your dog is due anyway. Ask for it up front, because groom slots are booked separately from boarding slots and they go fast.
If your dog boards more than a few times a year

There is a practical benefit beyond the money. A dog who already knows the building and the play group settles into a boarding stay much faster than a dog whose first visit is the day you leave for a week.
