Short version: The PetSquad Social Club is our weekly daycare membership, and it runs at our Springdale location at 324 N 48th St. You pick how many days a week your dog comes in, from one up to five, and you pay one price every week. The rate per day drops as you add days, from $32 down to $25. Every tier includes 10% off add-ons, and our five-day Social Club 5 tier adds a free boarding night each quarter.

Tier 3 is the one most Springdale families land on. Three days gives a dog enough contact with the group to build real friendships without filling the whole week.
Every tier also gets 10% off add-ons, which covers a frozen Kong, a nail trim, extra playtime, and the rest of the list at the front desk.
Why the weekly billing works for a Springdale schedule
We are open 7:30a to 6:00p Monday through Friday, which is built around how people here actually work. You can drop off before a 8:00 start in Rogers or Bentonville and still make pickup after a full day.
Billing runs once a week to the card on file, on a weekday you choose. Nothing changes hands at drop off. You walk your dog in, hand off the leash, and go. The week is already paid for.
That matters more than it sounds like it should. The families who told us they wanted this were not asking for a discount. They were asking to stop doing a transaction at 7:40 in the morning while holding a coffee and a leash.
A free boarding night for Social Club 5
Our five-day tier, Social Club 5, includes one complimentary boarding night per quarter. Four a year.
In Springdale that usually gets spent on a flight out of XNA, a weekend in Branson, or a day when the house is full of people working on it and the dog would rather be anywhere else. Tell the front desk you want to use your free night when you book the stay and a manager applies it to the reservation.
What a day here actually involves
Supervised play groups, rest and nap time, and enrichment activities. Dogs are grouped by temperament and play style, not just by size, because a soft eight year old lab and a nine month old lab mix do not want the same afternoon.
You can add a bath to any day, which is the move if your dog is coming in on a Friday and you want them clean for the weekend. You can also add a report card, which is the photo and note version of the day that shows up in our reviews constantly.

A few things worth knowing
- Days reset weekly. Unused days do not roll into the next week. Pick the tier that matches what you will actually use, not the one you aspire to.
- Cancel any time. Your membership runs to the end of the week you already paid for and then stops. No contract past that.
- Keep the card current. If a payment fails, the membership ends and has to be built again from scratch.
- Start small if you are unsure. Social Club 1 is $32 a week. Plenty of Springdale families start there and move up within a month.
