It’s without a doubt that my fur baby will come home in tip top shape after having a fun day with some of the funniest and friendliest staff members. More importantly though, is the love and care that the groomers dedicate to my pups. Our dogs aren’t considered just a number and a quick shave. This shop values and loves each pet like it’s one of their own. They not only take into consideration any special cuts or requests but ultimately to do whats right for the dogs and keep them healthy. They nurture and love! And may I add, they are quite entertaining too. Very lucky to have had Pet Squad in our life.

I recently took my Pyrenees/Collie to PetSquad and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience! Booking an appointment was a breeze with their user-friendly online scheduling system, and upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and took my dog in right away, making the entire process smooth and efficient. The customer service is top-notch; the team was friendly and attentive, answering all my questions and providing helpful tips for maintaining my dog's coat between grooming sessions. They truly care about the pets and their owners, making it a delightful experience. Overall, I highly recommend PetSquad for anyone looking for high-quality grooming services—Banks left looking and feeling fantastic, and I will definitely be returning for future grooming needs! 2nd time taking my mini aussie here and just like the first time, they did amazing. With Baymax, it takes a lot of patience esp because he's extremely energized and wiggly lol but they find ways to get the job done and do the best with him. Service exceeds expectations and definitely made regulars out of us! Special thanks to the team from Baymax. He absolutely loves them! 😊

Absolutely thrilled with Petsquad in Springdale! They did an amazing job grooming my doodle, and the difference was night and day. The staff was friendly and truly cared about the comfort and well-being of my furry friend. The grooming was fantastic and they had my doodle feeling so soft! Used pet squad while on spring break last week. Nice clean facility very professional friendly staff. Even came in after hours on weekend so we could pick up our dog after boarding her there while on vacation. Reasonable prices.

Did a really great job grooming my dog. Very welcoming and nice people. Quick service with a really great cut and price. Would recommend for anyone else wanting a clean grooming experience for their pets. 10/10

Absolutely loved this place! They just opened and getting started but the friendly smiles as we walked in were amazing! I love that they are appointment based, so no waiting in a kennel all day!!!
