Welcome to PetSquad! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PetSquad.com website, mobile site, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Overview

PetSquad connects pet owners with trusted caregivers to schedule grooming, boarding, daycare, and other services. The Platform is owned and operated by PetSquad, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”).


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account and use PetSquad. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.


3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • You may book services such as grooming, boarding, or daycare through the Platform.
  • Payment options include credit card, third-party services, or “Pay at Store.”
  • Cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

PetSquad offers SMS (text message) communication to customers and account holders. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — through our website, a booking form, an account registration, or by texting us directly — you agree to the terms in this section.

Types of messages you may receive

Once you opt in, you can expect to receive text messages from PetSquad related to your account and service activity, including:

  • Appointment reminders for upcoming bookings
  • Booking confirmations when a service is scheduled, changed, or cancelled
  • Service updates while your pet is in our care (drop-off, check-in, pickup-ready notifications)
  • Account notifications (account changes, billing reminders, payment confirmations)
  • Customer support replies to questions you send us
  • Operational alerts such as schedule changes due to weather or closures

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you have separately opted in to receive them.

Program details

  • Message frequency may vary based on your bookings, account activity, and preferences.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to any messages you send or receive. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your plan’s rates.
  • To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message from us. You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent.

  • Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and third parties

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, mobile opt-in information, or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes.

6. Pet and Caregiver Profiles

  • You are responsible for providing up-to-date information about your pets (e.g., vaccination status, temperament).
  • Caregivers are independent contractors, not employees of PetSquad.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Impersonate others
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform
  • Post abusive, harmful, or false content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.


8. Limitation of Liability

PetSquad is not liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform
  • Injuries to pets or humans during service appointments
  • Lost or damaged items

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.”


9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
